Fan Powered Filter Modules

Fan powered filter modules are self contained, motorized supply air modules with the following features:
  • Available with either HEPA or ULPA filtration
  • Energy efficient EBM motors
  • Solid State variable speed control
  • Available with roomside replaceable filter design
  • Available with integral lighting

For installations with multiple units, a cost effective control system permits the speed adjustment of each filter module individually from a single remote location. The control system even has a set-back option for energy savings when your room is not in use.

Cleanroom Ceiling Systems

Cleanroom T-Grid ceilings are anodized aluminum systems available in 1.5” and 2”. The 1.5” and 2” systems have factory applied foam gasketing that forms the seal between the grid surface and the filter, light or blank tile that populate the ceiling openings. The 2” system is also available in a gel seal in lieu of the foam gasket.

All 2” systems are suspended with threaded rod and turnbuckle for ultimate rigidity and precise height adjustment.

The cleanroom ceiling systems are often used to retrofit an existing room into a cleanroom.

Demountable Cleanroom Wall Systems

 
All of our demountable wall systems are non-progressive systems-a must in cleanroom building. This allows you to modify a single panel (ie change a solid panel to a window panel), by removing only the panel in question without disruption or disassembly of adjacent panels or wall sections.

The systems are pre-engineered and manufactured in factory controlled conditions and delivered to the job site ready for assembly. The result is a cleaner and dramatically faster installation.

Don't let the word “pre-engineered” fool you. The systems are without limitations with regard to dimensions or configuration.

Panel surface finishes run the range of vinyl coated hardboard, FRP, painted steel, as well as clear and opaque vinyls and acrylics.

Laminar Flow Work Stations

Need a small clean zone without the need for a formal cleanroom? Laminar Flow Work Stations may be the answer. Available in either vertical or horizontal flow, work stations provide HEPA or ULPA filtered air to smaller discreet areas for critical assembly, testing or inspection applications.

Pass Thru Cabinets

Do you need to pass documentation or parts in and out of the cleanroom without the need for personnel to gown and de-gown? Pass Thru Cabinets are installed in the cleanroom wall with interlocking doors on opposing ends so that materials can be passed in and out without breaching the integrity of the controlled environment.

Air Showers

Air Showers are self contained units that remove particulate contamination from personnel and or articles prior to their entry into the controlled cleanroom environment. HEPA filtered air projected from nozzles at high velocity, removes surface contamination which is captured in the Air Shower's filtration system. The operation of the Air Shower is controlled with a microprocessor that can be programmed for cycle time, door interlock sequence and related parameters. A range of sizes and configurations is available.

Cleanroom Lighting

Lay-in style fixtures have sealed housings and gasketed lens that prevent particulate infiltration into the controlled environment. Teardrop style fixtures surface mount to the ceiling and have a profile that is not disruptive to the filtered airflow.

Airborne Particle Counters

In order to determine airborne contaminants that are far below the visible threshold of the human eye, airborne particle counters were developed to detect particles as small as 0.1 micron in size. Independent testing companies can perform particle count testing, or you may want to consider having your own instrument to troubleshoot and ensure the ongoing performance of your cleanroom.
