Cleanroom Design:

In a word, we provide solutions for your contamination and environmental control requirements. The first step in providing turnkey installation solutions, is gaining a clear understanding of your objectives.

How big does it need to be?
How clean?
Is conversion of an existing space being considered?
Is a new standalone room needed?
Does temperature need to be controlled? Why & how precisely?
Does humidity need to be controlled? Why & how precisely?
Is the room in use 24/7 or something less?
Does the room need to be expandable?

Once all the parameters have been established, we apply the expertise and experience to execute the most cost effective and energy efficient design and installation.

Hardwall Cleanrooms:

Hardwall cleanrooms are built as “once- thru” designs where temperature and/or humidity control is not required or as recirculating designs when control of these parameters is needed.

We utilize pre-engineered demountable wall systems for hardwall cleanrooms for the distinct advantages they offer over conventional construction:

  • Cost effectiveness
  • Expandability
  • Relocatability
  • Wide range of performance surface finishes
  • Reduced construction schedule
  • Cleaner on-site process
  • Proven and predictable quality of installation
  • Accelerated depreciation-faster write off

Softwall Cleanrooms

Softwall cleanrooms, often referred to as process isolators, are enclosures that utilize flexible vinyl curtains to form the room envelope. They are available in virtually any size (length, width, height) and can be floor supported or ceiling suspended. They are available in the full range of cleanliness classifications.

  • Floor supported installations can include locking casters for mobility
  • Ceiling suspended installations eliminate all columns and floor support for unobstructed egress and equipment layout and typically the most cost effective solutions for particulate control.
